Acceptance of these terms
When you create a TripScraper account, you must actively confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. We record the date and time of that action and the versions of the documents shown to you. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create or use a TripScraper account. We may ask you to review and accept updated terms when a material change affects your use of the service.
Using TripScraper
TripScraper provides travel discovery and planning information. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on our systems.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your password. Notify us through the contact page if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Travel information
Destination descriptions, weather, prices, opening hours, entry requirements, and other travel details can change. Verify important information with the relevant authority or provider before making a booking or beginning a trip. TripScraper does not provide legal, immigration, medical, or safety advice.
External services
Links may take you to independent travel providers. Any booking is made directly with that provider and is governed by its prices, availability, cancellation rules, privacy policy, and terms. TripScraper is not the merchant of record unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
Map data, tiles, and route estimates
Interactive maps use OpenStreetMap data and map tiles. Map data is credited to OpenStreetMap contributors and is made available under the licence described on that page. Maps and calculated distances, routes, and travel times may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable and must not be relied on as the sole source for navigation, safety, access, transport schedules, or emergency decisions. Availability of the tile service is also subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's tile usage policy.
Content and availability
TripScraper content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, TripScraper is not liable for losses caused by reliance on outdated travel information or by third-party services.
